Greetings, user of the internet. Welcome to my little website, where I put an information about myself and my projects.

About me

My nickname is lch361, but you can just call me Lich. I develop efficient, useful and free (as in freedom) stuff.

Main activities

• Systems programming in low–level languages. This includes command–line applications, embedded systems, and sometimes even operating systems.

• Sometimes I also do high–level programming with scripting languages. I don’t consider myself particularly good in these, but still use them sufficiently to automate tasks.

• Linux system administration. I am a proud GNU/Linux user since 01 aug. 2023. My main training ground is, of course, my server hosted at https://lch361.net that probably serves you this page right now.

  In addition to a web–site, this server has XMPP and Matrix services, for my personal use. You can contact me with them by using addresses in contacts.

Speciality

My favourite low–level programming languages are Zig and Rust. I also like scripting languages like Python, and Linux shells. As of Linux distributions, I’m an expert in Gentoo, but in the past actively used Debian–based distros.

Free software

Every one of my projects is available in source form, and released under free licenses, respecting the freedoms of every possible user.
